How do I know if a Chinese supplier is a real factory?
Check its registered business scope and address in China's official company records. Trading companies usually list only sales or wholesale in their scope. The $49 records check does this and explains the result in English.
Can I see a Chinese factory without travelling?
Yes. With the $199 live video audit you see the site in real time on a video call and direct the camera, with live translation. It covers factories in Taiyuan and surrounding Shanxi; other cities are quoted.
What does the in-person visit include?
An on-site visit of up to half a day with photos, video clips, a checklist you agree in advance and a written English report. It starts at $399 plus travel costs, which are quoted and agreed before booking.
Is this a certified inspection?
No. These are verification reports and visits. No inspection certificate, lab testing or legal opinion is issued. For certified quality inspection, use an accredited inspection company.
